Confession from a white girl... I can't figure out what sisterlocs are...I don't get it... is it just the styling of her hair or did they put something IN her hair?

Her locks look great! I know that the two of you will have a blast as you watch each lock mature! For the first several months, I would suggest limiting how much styling you do just so that the locks will have a chance to settle and mature properly. You can style but in moderation is always best in the beginning. Too much manipulation can delay the locking process.
